EULA - End User License Agreement

Kings Corners is not freeware. Kings Corners can be distributed for free, but its use is not free. As an unregistered user, you are allowed to use this software only for a limited test period defined by the software. After this evaluation period you should register this software by purchasing a registration code that removes the trial limitations on the software.

Registration codes are not transferable. Sharing registration codes with third parties is strictly prohibited. Modifying the software or its environment to bypass the trial limitations or otherwise modify the programs behavior is strictly prohibited and Thieves and Kings reserves the right to pursue compensation, punitive and otherwise, for any such infringements.

Registration or the purchase of Thieves and Kings software does not imply purchase of using the thievesandkings.com website. Service provided by the website including but not limited to posting scores, viewing other people scores, getting updates may be provided but are not guaranteed.

Scores or any other information posted to the website become the property of Thieves and Kings. Thieves and Kings cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting in posting of scores or other information.

All information provided by the website, including but not limited to scores and information posted by users cannot be republished except under the terms of "fair use" as defined by applicable copyright laws.
